Development & Studio Co Ordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Development & Studio Coordinator will be mainly responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to development, photoshoot/press coordination. This includes assisting the development process, liaising with models/shoot studios/stylists, managing logistics, assisting with fittings/styling and tracing collection sample movement.
The responsibilities include:
Development
- Build Tech packs.
- Cad drawings for new collections and colour ups.
- Notes from fitting and updating spec pages accordingly Design research for Sampling & development manager
- Take on responsibility of measuring SMS and PPS under pattern cutter's supervision
- Build collection costing sheet, help with fabric rating/trim cost
Sample Movement and General office duties
- Organising seasonal ecom shoots, lookbook shoots and content shoots.
- Tracking and organising samples in the office.
- Creating and updating a sample tracker
- Sending samples for press and shoots, courier arrangement for sending out press samples
- Liaising with external parties to arrange send outs and chase / receive returns.
- Ad hock stock and shipping requests from Amy Curate and Rotate sample rotation.
Production
- Update sustainability tracker
- Trims parcel sending
- Help with production QC
Qualifications
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-organised person to join other like-minded people in our team. Someone who is seeking a role that is an introduction to all parts of a brand, working across different departments from development through production and into press to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and passion for garment development
- Experience in organise photoshoots is a plus
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good with adobe illustrator, photoshop and excel
- The candidate needed minimum 1 year womenswear studio working experience
