Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for an exciting new challenge? We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at The Butchers, with additional responsibilities at our sister companies, Cleaver Coffee and The Westgate Suites, a bustling wedding and events venue.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our busy restaurant/café and wedding venue, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work closely with Head Chef Joe Hill, receiving mentorship and guidance to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation

Contribute to menu design and innovation

Maintain exceptional standards of quality and service

Engage in a hands-on role, gaining valuable experience across different functions

Proven experience as a Chef

Ability to motivate and build strong relationships with colleagues

Experience:
