We growing And we are hiring for a Creative Producer.


Our Creative Producers are an integral part of our in-house Production team, and the day-to-day of this role will be to develop, plan and execute immersive high-impact brand experiences, events and shoots. The success of this role is in the flawless execution of these activations, ensuring we are in budget, on time, and our events are not only engaging but also technically sound, sustainable, and innovative.


It’s really important to us that this role is filled by someone with at least 4 years experience, with a proven track record producing B2C activations.


We’re looking for someone who:


  • Can take creative concepts and bring them into physical life; within budget, timeline and creative expectation.
  • Is confident taking full accountability for setting, managing and reconciling budgets, with strong experience in commercial management.
  • Has a strong working knowledge of technology, technical requirements, production builds and important creative elements of production in line with H&S compliance.
  • Possesses a well established production network (ideally with a focus on US and Europe), and is confident building strong relationships, contracting and managing third party external services.
  • Can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst meeting deadlines, often across multiple timezones.
  • Is happy to travel globally on a regular basis to run activations around the world.
  • Possesses a confident and compassionate approach to leading and developing those working alongside you.
  • Has a genuine passion for the industry, and is up to date with the latest standards, processes and requirements.
  • Is comfortable using key tools, trackers and processes to track and deliver projects effectively
