Pharaoh Capital - we're a leading family office investment firm within the UK Energy & Renewables sector.


A group of successful and thriving businesses, one of our subsidiary's within the Talent industry is experiencing further growth and prosperity. This is due to recent acquisitions of some key accounts for global managed service providers within the IT & Telecoms sectors.


As such, we are looking to grow headcount for our Leeds office - Based in Leeds city centre, the location is prime and easily commutable for those that wish to get the train, with our office situated a 2-minute walk from the train station.


The Role


We're looking for an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant, ideally someone who has experience directly identifying and delivering a wide range of IT & Technical candidates across the UK.


As some of the candidates you will be tasked to find will require various levels of UK Government Security Clearance, a resilient and pragmatic approach to sourcing is required - This role would suit someone that is looking to focus on pure delivery, there's no requirement for 360 and business development as the volume of vacancies is already there.


You will be reporting into the Recruitment Delivery Manager, based here in Leeds.


The role is 5 days a week onsite, 08:30 - 17:00.

Responsibilities


  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.


  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.


  • Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements and specifications.


  • Candidate Engagement: Communicate with potential candidates to gather relevant information, assess their suitability, and maintain their interest in current or future opportunities.


  • Support Recruitment Process: Assist recruiters in coordinating interviews, assessments, and other stages of the recruitment process.


  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.


  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
