Payroll Administrator – (Job Ref: 24N/PPAD)

What does our payroll team do?
Our payroll department process payroll for all our staff worldwide. Randox have over 2000 staff members, based in over 50 countries.
Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Fixed Term for one year, with the view of going permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 4x9Hrs, with half day Friday (4hrs) or 4x10 hours. (Department capacity pending)
What does the Payroll Administrator role involve?
In this role you will be required to help maintain the day-to-day operations within the payroll department. Key duties of the role include:
Record absences as notified by HR
Record & provide all starter and leaver details provided by HR to the Payroll Officers / Managers
Liaise with HR where necessary to seek full & complete information for processing through payroll
Assist reception with the administration of the TMS (Time Management Systems) attendance records - including entering timesheets
Liaise with Managers& Staff when required to resolve anomalies- including providing daily reports
Administration of the group email "Payroll" / "Pension"/ "NSR" inboxes
Collate all necessary staff absence forms from Reception for processing - e.g. Sick/ Unpaid / etc
Obtain all medical certificates / admission notes / self-isolation notes from HR for processing
Provide assistance with phone calls / queries from Staff
To check if staff have verified their personal email details with Aegon [the pension administrator] & proceed accordingly
On the job training will be provided on our processes.

Knowledge / understanding of the operations of a Payroll Team
