Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of distributors and customers in Ireland.
  • Expand our Irish customer portfolio by adding new customers.
  • Engage in daily interactions with customers regarding quotes, deliveries, etc.
  • Travel to Sontay headquarters in the UK for sales meetings, training or for any other reason, as required.
  • Conduct product presentations to distributors and installers, showcasing the quality and innovation of Sontay products.


Required Skills:

  • A goal-oriented mindset with strengths in relationship building, problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Integrity, active listening, empathy, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an external sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a positive, can-do attitude.


Additional Information:

  • The role is home office based, with travel to visit customers 3-4 days per week or as required.
  • We seek a versatile candidate who will actively champion the connection between our Irish customers and the UK headquarters, adeptly implementing our strategies and aligning them with the needs of the Irish market. This role is pivotal in ensuring a cohesive approach across our Marketing, Finance, Production, and Internal Sales departments.
