Our client are seeking an experienced Temporary Office Manager to join their team. As the Temporary Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing administrative support to various departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
