Role Description

--

Beings is seeking a full-time Head of Marketing. In this hybrid role, you will be primarily located in the London area but will have the flexibility to work remotely.


You will be responsible for creating and driving a scalable Go-To-Market strategy and growth engine. You’ll need to be able to:


  • Validate and Refine Messaging: Test and iterate on messaging to find what resonates most powerfully with our target audience. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to inform strong positioning.
  • Establish Demand Generation Engine: Design and execute early lead generation campaigns across targeted channels. Experiment with content marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media strategies to identify the most effective acquisition pathways.
  • Become the Brand Champion: Lay the foundation for our brand identity and voice. Develop core messaging, website copy, and create initial sales and marketing collateral.
  • Enable the Sales Team: Develop high-quality sales collateral, nurture leads through targeted content, and align marketing efforts closely with the sales pipeline.
  • Own the Metrics: Define success metrics for yourself and establish a marketing dashboard to track progress against KPIs. Use data diligently to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy.
  • Be Scrappy, Be Creative: Find high-impact, low-cost ways to build buzz and awareness. Think creatively about partnerships, content strategies, and even PR stunts to make Beings stand out in a crowded market.


Qualifications

  • Proven marketing leadership experience (5+ years) at growth-stage companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of driving measurable outcomes based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in market research or a field requiring a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
  • A genuine passion for AI's potential to transform how we gather and analyse customer insights.
  • Experience managing global marketing teams and international campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with market research and customer experience concepts
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
