  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, with a focus on securing sponsorship and partnership deals.
  • Strategic Sales: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets, crafting compelling proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Event Expertise: Utilise your understanding of the events industry to tailor solutions that meet unique needs, ensuring the success and profitability of our clients events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, production, and event management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals.
  • Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience, with a proven track record of success in the events industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the events landscape, including market trends, key players, and the sales cycle.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to craft bespoke packages that deliver value to our clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to London.
