Job Overview

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for staff within the healthcare industry. This role involves working closely with various departments to digitalise training material and ensuring that all training activities align with healthcare standards and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Training Design
  • Help to develop engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
  • Utilise a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Needs Assessment
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine training requirements.
  • Evaluation and Feedback
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluation.
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Support and Guidance
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during and after training sessions.
  • Act as a resource for staff seeking additional training or development opportunities.
  • Compliance and Standards
  • Ensure all training activities comply with the clients’ policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare training and education.


Experience Needed

  • Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about staff development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
