**What you’ll be doing:**

* Contract management – major subcontract & transactional
* Being accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility
* Developing and applying activities that deliver on People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Process, Technology & reporting which support the successful delivery of the SC function
* Communicating effectively with functional and external stakeholder management and deputise for the SC Senior Manager as required
* You will be managing coaching a team of professionals

**Your skills and experiences:**

* Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management experience
* Excellent Stakeholder Management
* ERP & PLM System knowledge
* Microsoft Package User
* Experience of working within aerospace, defence andor MOD packages
* Previously held line management responsibility

**The Procurement team:**

As a Procurement leader at BAE Systems, you will be deployed to some of our
major projects, enabling & empowering the team through the delivery of People,
Process, Toolsets & Reporting. This is a Fast paced, commercial procurement
environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part
of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK’s National Defence Programme. We
offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to
