Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronic Engineering Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing various tasks related to electronic engineering, including soldering, troubleshooting, and working with electronics technology. The technician will also be responsible for using test equipment and conducting tests on electronic devices and systems.

  • Recent experience in an Electronic Service Engineering role
  • Proficiency in fault-finding down to the component level
  • Skilled in utilizing service manuals and test equipment daily
  • Expertise in surface mount component rework


We are seeking a skilled electronics technician capable of independently repairing and maintaining complex PCBs, DC and AC drives, and other electronic equipment. A strong understanding of electronic components is essential.



Qualifications

  • Only UK residents with a valid work permit are eligible.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Electronic Engineering
  • Proficiency in soldering and troubleshooting electronic devices
  • Thorough understanding of electronics technology
  • Experience with test equipment and conducting tests on electronic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Degree or certification in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the industrial electronics repair industry is a plus
