Junior Sous Chef House of Ming - responsibilities

Prepare appropriate Mis-en-Place to produce various small and large plate dishes.

Cook high quality food on the woks and in the correct manner.

Prepare Mis-en-Place for other Chinese menu items.

Junior Sous Chef House of Ming - requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

Knowledge of making the starters & main course - vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Skilled to making different sauces as per the standard Chinese kitchen process.

Prior experience of working in a Chinese restaurant kitchen in the same role or CDP.

Maintaining the hygiene standards in the kitchen
