BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | LOCATION: MIDLANDS



POSITION SUMMARY


Harpar Grace International is a privately owned, entrepreneurial, dynamic and passionate company founded in 2013, specialising in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands.


The Business Development Manager is responsible for new business development & the implementation of company strategies, training & partner development programs across an established account base.


Working with a luxury results driven portfolio, featuring the highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand; iS Clinical, Revitalash, coveted LED therapy brand Déesse Pro & Totally Derma nutraceuticals and joining an expert team of established professionals in the sector, the successful candidate will be an integral force behind the ongoing growth of our leading portfolio.


MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Proactively identify new potential accounts & identify sales opportunities across the area within luxury high end clinics, salons and spas.
  • Execute an effective prospecting plan to generate new business enquiries and meetings.
  • Conduct new business meetings, demonstrations, prospective events to convert prospects to new accounts in line with area targets.
  • Management of a portfolio of accounts across the territory, with an efficient journey plan
  • Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & target achievement.
  • Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Sales (UK & Ireland) to continually monitor and track partner performance (New & Existing) along with identifying training needs to support growth.
  • Increase penetration of portfolio, improve ordering frequency and quantity in line with company goals and area targets.
  • Deliver inspiring sales focussed training to therapists improving the retail conversion to consumers.
  • Execute growth initiatives across accounts to include e-commerce platforms, fulfilment solutions, Staff incentive & benefit programmes.
  • Maintain a relationship with all accounts that inspires loyalty and referrals/
  • Work collaboratively with the Partner Support Executive and Skin Activation Specialist to ensure account engagement and needs are met.
  • Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role/
  • Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support excellence.


EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA


  • Minimum of 2 years on the road experience in equivalent field sales role with a proven track record of delivering growth and achieving targets.
  • Drive, tenacity and resilience needed to meet company targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Relationship focused with the ability to have commercial conversations that drives true partnership and results.
  • Confident in delivering presentations with impact and managing high profile accounts.
  • Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent with experience of working with topical skincare, devices & treatments would be preferred.
  • Demonstration of autonomous working style
  • Ability to develop retail skills & performance with in-clinic and salon teams.
  • Confident with IT including CRM systems/power point/outlook/excel.
  • Holds a full driving license.
  • Willingness to travel
