Dr Sam’s is a fast growing multi-channel skincare brand based in the UK. We’re looking for a growth focussed marketer to develop and execute our DTC customer acquisition strategy. This person will own the end-to-end execution of our paid media campaigns globally, closely collaborate with our in-house marketing team on creative strategy, as well as lead growth initiatives that improve our efficiency or create new opportunities.


Reporting to our Head of Growth, we’re building a team fit for the current digital marketing landscape. We’re not seeking proponents of manual bidding strategies, large campaign structures and 100’s of targeted audiences. We are seeking a creative-first, data-driven marketer who understands how to optimise and build funnels for our core growth channels.


This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a rapidly growing ecommerce business, and will be well suited to somebody entrepreneurial and autonomous with a proven track record.


What you’ll do:

  • Drive new customer acquisition for Dr Sam’s across our core Paid Media Channels (Tiktok, Meta, Google).
  • Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video, and design variants, and collaborate closely with our influencer and creative teams to finalise deliverables.
  • Lead the global scaling of our paid media accounts and campaigns.
  • Implement a full-funnel paid channel approach, ideate ads, assist with content creator briefs and develop a structured ad testing strategy.
  • Develop conversion optimised post click landing pages.
  • Set up, manage, and report on creative tests: Formulate thoughtful hypotheses, analyse results with statistical rigour, and document the results.
  • Lead meetings to present results / findings to the wider team.
  • Build relationships with peers, publishers, and networks to contribute to our acquisition goals and to remain updated on best practices.


About you:

  • Multiple years of experience in customer acquisition focussed digital marketing.
  • Worked in an experimental environment where taking calculated risks was the norm.
  • An expert knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads + Google Ads
  • Track record of customer growth, budget scaling and CAC efficiency.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics.
  • A numerical understanding of commercial metrics and the ability to calculate them
  • Experience with post-click landing pages (experience with Shogun, Replo or similar).
  • Great cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
  • DTC / Shopify / Ecommerce industry experience. Skincare/beauty experience preferable
  • Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial and enjoy the responsibility within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of DTC subscription models & Looker Studio.
