Location: flexible across UK as home based with frequent travel on occasion.

**CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS FRIDAY 3RD JANUARY 2025**

Our McCurrach PepsiCo Team is looking for a Capability Manager to join their team.

As Capability Manager, you will equip, enable and empower a team of Regional and Territory Managers to perform to their highest potential in role. So, you will know your stuff when it comes to field marketing within a FMCG setting.

This senior role works with multiple stakeholders including the PepsiCo internal management team and the McCurrach PepsiCo Team. You would also work closely with our Avidity Group People HR Team.

For the most part, you will be home based but to ensure you have your finger on the pulse, you will accompany the field team on field visits (circa once per week) to help understand training and capability needs. This will also support your ability to coach the management team and help you to nurture internal and client relationships. You will meet your client contacts regularly via fortnightly in-person meetings so overnights will be required.

There is no direct line responsibility however as Capability Manager, you will be integral to shaping the culture, engagement, talent development and equipping the team with the tools and capability to deliver outstanding execution and insight.

If you are driven by shaping team culture and engagement whilst developing talent and taking a teams performance to the next level - then this is the perfect role for you

But don't take our word for it - hear from previous incumbents who have now progressed to other opportunities across Avidity Group:

''As Capability Manager you will get to create, lead and deliver the Capability Plan and Road-map for a fantastic field sales team and client. Discovering what the needs are of your team, then owning and delivering a vision, thus empowering your team to succeed, is the most rewarding part of a superb role. Leading the onboarding, training and continuous professional development of a team is such a pleasure and inspiration, especially when you see the incredible results. Supporting the line managers with governance protocols to drive consistency enhances the deliverance of your plan, driving the right behaviours in line with our culture and business guidelines. This is a role you can own, shape and evolve, investing your personality and experience, allowing you to involve the team and take them on an incredible journey. The role is diverse, fun, creative and definitely requires a growth mindset. It is one of the best roles you will ever have.''

AND

"The Capability Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your network with both internal and external stakeholders. The structure of the team means there is the opportunity, and expectation, to work hand-in-glove with client senior stakeholders - this close partnership helps ensure alignment on capability, training, support & engagement plans across the field team.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this role as it helped broaden my commercial knowledge and develop a sound understanding of ever-evolving client requirements. I loved having regular communication and engagement with the field team to understand their needs and challenges; which helped shape the direction of the capability & engagement plans for the future. It's a fantastic team to be part of and you'll love being part of 'The PepsiCo Way' if you're lucky enough to join the team."
