Job description:

The PA / Administrator will provide administrative support to the manager and the team.

This role requires a candidate with exceptional organisational skills who can handle a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient running of daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage the managers calendar.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence and reports.
  • Prepare agendas and ensure everything is ready for meetings.
  • Take and distribute minutes promptly.
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Assist with project management tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Process expense reports, manage budgets, and track expenditures.
  • Order office supplies, manage office equipment.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.


Experience:

  • Experience as a personal assistant/administrator or in a similar administrative role.


Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Hours:

Full time, Monday-Friday
