M&E Regional Commercial Manager Position:

The Regional Commercial Managers are a valuable part of the business, and their role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all commercial activities pre and post contract, across a portfolio of projects.

As a M&E Regional Commercial Manager you will:

  • Drive clear strategy on commercial delivery, customer engagement and repeat business whilst managing, training and developing the wider Commercial Teams.
  • Actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the other functions such as, Design, Operations and Pre-Construction as required
  • Agree project profit plans and Stretch profit plans and monitor throughout the procurement and construction process.
  • Produce and update Regional commercial reports including turnovers, prelim trackers, monthly project performance reports
  • Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and some PCSA's, with also managing projects up to £30 million in M&E value.
