Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations
  • Manage contract reviews and project resourcing
  • Review and analyse company financials to ensure project profitability alongside the Finance Director
  • Work closely with the company directors to make strategic decisions and set operational goals
  • Advise on operational functions and stay updated on industry developments
  • Improve communication and evaluate overall company performance
  • Manage recruitment and pipeline planning
  • Work with external HR and IT departments on related matters
  • Oversee project operations, working with project leaders and architects

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a built environment setting
  • Successful line management of senior professionals
  • Commercially and financially astute
  • Proficient project resourcing and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to switch focus between macro and micro issues as and when needed
