Fidarsi are currently working with a global private equity firm to source a fund finance director/CFO for their fully integrated Real Estate business. The group invests across a variety of Real Estate assets and platforms across Europe, including office, industrial, hospitality, living, and mixed-use assets. This is a young yet highly-promising and fast-growing venture backed by a large and pioneering Private Equity house in Europe.


Overseeing a small team and managing relationships with all central functions (Fund Finance, Group Finance, Legal & Compliance, Information Technology and Human Resources) you will have a broad and varied role supporting the Real Estate business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Compliance: Lead quarterly investor and financial reporting, manage annual audits, tax compliance, and capital account reporting, ensuring adherence to IFRS and Lux GAAP standards.
  • Fair Value Process: Conduct semi-annual fair value assessments in line with RICS and IPEV guidelines, preparing reports for committee presentations.
  • External Oversight: Supervise external fund administrators and support internal teams across accounting, treasury, and investor relations.
  • Treasury & Risk Management: Manage fund subscription lines, loan compliance, and hedging strategies to optimize liquidity and risk.
  • Investment & Portfolio Support: Facilitate deals, monitor capital allocation, and ensure fund compliance with LPA constraints and ESG objectives.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support fund setup, negotiate with prospective LPs, manage investor relations, and drive operational due diligence.
  • System & Process Improvement: Enhance fund models and drive system upgrades to improve data efficiency and performance visibility.

Leadership & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Provide strategic support to RE Partners and Management Committees.
  • Lead and inspire a small team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering effective collaboration with key stakeholders.


We are looking for someone who has experience leading finance teams, PERE fund structures, supporting investment teams, maintaining investor relations, valuations, dealing with external fund administrators, used to a control environment providing independent verification, and is a self-starter able to deliver growth and development initiatives.
