Role Description

Amy Jane London is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Studio Assistant to support the daily operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and multifaceted role. An exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing brand, developing internationally, in a start-up environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing a constantly evolving schedule, ensuring the studio runs efficiently.


We’re looking for someone who is always one step ahead, flexible, and capable of anticipating needs and handling last-minute requests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, photoshoots, trade shows, and international trips, resolving scheduling conflicts when necessary.
  • Photoshoot Assistance: Assist during photoshoots for e-commerce and lifestyle imagery.
  • Social Media Assistance: Respond to social media enquiries, assist with PR packages and outreach, assist with editing/posting for social media platforms such as Instagram, & TikTok.
  • Communication: Screen, organise, and respond to emails and social media messages on behalf of the founder, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries.
  • File Management: Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, including internal sample catalogs.
  • Office Management: General office management. Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative Systems: Implement and maintain effective administrative processes and systems
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide general support to ensure the founder can run the business effectively, handling a range of tasks as needed.


  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
  • A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for the brands aesthetic is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in standard office software.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
