Job Description


  • Work within an experienced team on a high end residential renovation, mixed-use or commercial projects at all RIBA stages
  • Experience as a design manager is preferred but not required - support and training can be provided
  • Monitor the contractual framework by defining scope and deliverables, reviewing terms, and guiding the team to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Collaborate closely with the project leads and design managers to review monthly budgets, making informed decisions
  • Assist in developing strategic program timelines tailored to each project stage, proactively monitoring deadlines and deliverables in collaboration with the design team.
  • Mentor junior team members and offer insight
  • Liaise with client and attend team meetings
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment


Key Skills


  • ARB Part III qualified or equivalent, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit & AutoCAD, Deltek, Powerproject is required
  • Knowledge of relevant UK regulations and building codes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams is also required
