Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and headhunt suitable candidates for open positions within your assigned sector.
  • Perform market mapping activities and identify competitors within the industry.
  • Receive and review direct applications from potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
  • Create and submit shortlists of qualified candidates to clients.
