International Logistics Coordinator

Edinburgh (Onsite)

About You

Ideally we are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management. You will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing processes. Strong communication and adaptability are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international freight from Asia to major markets (US, UK, EU).
  • Optimize supply chain routes for cost and efficiency.
  • Oversee export/import documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and liaise with freight providers.
  • Review freight forwarding partners and propose improvements.
  • Supervise an Operational Assistant, ensuring performance and development.
  • Support additional logistics tasks during low shipment periods.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for logistics processes.
