Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing the Manufacturing Quality Manager will be responsible for developing Quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the Company’s manufacturing facility, Lisburn. The Manufacturing Quality Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal quality of our product at all times and to develop effective and efficient interfaces between factory and client. You will work to ISO standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quality role, in a manufacturing environment. Appropriate third level education is preferable, but not essential. You will demonstrate effective communication and team working skills and have knowledge of and operation of quality systems in manufacturing. You will also have the ability to put forward innovative ideas and solutions with appropriate supporting data. Having strong literary and IT skills for formal report writing, customer and other internal and external presentations will be required. There may also be occasional travel within the UK and occasionally Europe. You will also have knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma tools/ techniques including SPC, FMEA, Standard Operations, Lean, Sigma Logic, Problem Solving Documents etc
Days Mon - Fri. Early finish Friday.
