This is an exciting role for someone who has been working in a CRM/email role or has some experience of this within a broader digital position. With a couple of years’ experience already, you’ll be looking for that next opportunity that will give you some fantastic development
This is an opportunity working for a well-known retailer as part of a large CRM team. The role requires end to end campaign management across email, SMS and direct mail channels.
What will you be doing in the role?
- Creating campaign briefs to brief the creative agency on any design needed and brief the content team to ensure that copy and messaging is delivered on time.
- Segmenting data and importing into the CRM platform- Marigold.
- Building the campaigns within the templates and ensuring they are sent out on time.
- Post-campaign reporting and analysis.
Experience and personal attributes needed:
- Previous experience in a CRM role.
- An inquisitive and pro-active mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A numerate and analytical brain.
- Experience in either a B2B or B2C business where you have been responsible for driving leads and/or revenue.
