About the Role

DP World Logistics have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller/Documentation Team Leader to join our team in Minworth.


How will you contribute:

  • Process analysis – provide input on processes from a quality perspective, aid in implementation of new processes.
  • Control and coordinate process changes onto appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Monitor document revision.
  • Generate, interpret, analyse, and communicate results using management tools, graphs and reports.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and ensure that all departments at the organisation are following the same procedures with regards to the correct documentation.
  • Complete internal audits on processes.

What will you bring.

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Lean experience would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in document control. (Automotive sector advantageous)
  • Experience in creating and adapting Standardized Work Documentation – WES, WI, OPL.
  • Experience in auditing and to be able to communicate the results and create reports.
  • Previous use of WMS.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications and good IT knowledge.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
