We are recruiting for our client, a leading and innovative social media marketing agency based in London.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities to support our Head of Brand and Sales and the MD.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and the influencer industry. The SDR will play a critical role in our sales process by identifying and creating qualified meetings with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.


Key Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within the influencer marketing and Social Media Marketing space.


Use various tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM, email marketing software) to generate leads.


Manage outbound approaches to potential clients via the Head of Brand and MD LinkedIn profiles.


Maintain an organised database CRM system of prospects and track interactions.


Outbound Sales Activities:

Initiate emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients.


Craft compelling messages that resonate with prospects and highlight the value of our services.


Share Thought leadership and other value additive elements to help build relationships based on providing added value (invites to webinars and live events, workshops etc etc) Qualifying Leads:


Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.


Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services (project, budget, timescale) Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the Head of Brand and MD.


Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with Head of Brand and Marketing Manager to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.


Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress towards meeting targets.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.



Experience:

3-4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field – ideally at an Agency or lead generation specialist (eg Ingenuity, JFDI etc) Experience, knowledge and personal interest in the influencer/social marketing industry is a plus.


Salary base 40K plus commissions on well qualified meeting – Av 2k a month
