Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our Bristol office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing their own permanent recruitment desk, confident in leading a team to success, and passionate about continuous professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Your Own Desk: Run your own permanent recruitment desk, focusing on the social care sector. This includes sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and generating new business.
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide, support, and motivate a team of recruiters. Lead by example, setting high standards for performance and professional development.
  • Drive Success: Set and achieve team targets, ensuring consistent growth and success. Use your experience to implement best practices and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously look for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Encourage and support professional development within your team.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in running a successful permanent recruitment desk.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving success.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
