As a Digital Designer at Tain, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other UX/UI Designers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but will also prioritise user satisfaction and usability.

Responsibilities


  • Conceptualize, design, and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive user interface and user experience solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders, developers, product managers, business analysts, and support teams to define the product and user experience strategy
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and ideation sessions
  • Develop new ideas and creative solutions to improve user experiences
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
  • Push visual and interaction design forward and help maintain design cohesion by creating and documenting design systems and guides
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs


Qualifications


  • At least 3 years of working experience in UI/digital design for web applications
  • Experience in animation, video editing, and photo retouching
  • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills, passion, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to perform well within tight deadlines
  • A clear understanding of usability, user-centered design, and web standards
  • Solid knowledge of Figma
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite tools, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Chinese
