Momart is the leading specialist fine art storage, transport and installation for artists, collectors, galleries and museums around the world.


We’re now hiring a marketing manager to work across the business, supporting the delivery of ambitious business goals. This is a B2B marketing role, and so whilst brand is very important, the day to day elements will revolve around CRM, sales and business development support, digital marketing, and the creation and management of collateral. The role would suit someone with experience of B2B marketing in a premium services company, comfortable with working across the full breadth of the marketing mix.


The Marketing Executive/ Manager will take ownership of the development of the marketing plan flowing from the overall business strategy, and work across the plan and business to deliver it. The Marketing Manager must be comfortable in a role ranging from strategic planning through to hands on execution, and from copywriting to web redesign to working with commercial teams on CRM.


We are open to receiving applications from both full time and part time applicants, as well as more senior or junior applicants. Salary up to £40k FTE depending experience and employment basis.


Responsibilities

Communications Strategy

• Develop an overall communications strategy to deliver agreed brand and business objectives, identifying and executing on appropriate routes, tools and measurement

• Own and manage the delivery of the calendar flowing from this, including all asset creation and their effective utilisation

• Branding

• Assess and maintain all current collateral and update, discontinue or replace as appropriate

Public Relations

• Develop and deliver an effective PR strategy, to include researching appropriate titles and audiences, creating and tailoring appropriate material, and becoming the key contact point for all media

• Business development

• Work with commercial teams to understand their requirement and develop and deliver suitable tools to support their objectives, including both assets and also CRM strategies and material

• Build a marketing database that can be used to drive and support business aims

• Work with commercial teams to develop and deliver a plan to target new business and clients

• Work with the relevant commercial teams to ensure our presence at fairs is both effective from a brand point of view and exploited from a business development point of view

Content creation

• Create new assets and repurpose existing to support marketing calendar, including both copy and photographic assets

• Visiting projects and installations to secure photographic assets and liaising with clients/contacts to obtain the correct permissions

Digital marketing

• Manage and develop the Momart website as a tool to showcase the business and function as an effective tool top drive and funnel new business

• Create and deliver a social media plan, identifying the correct channels and content, and a regular calendar of activity

Internal comms

• Work with the HR coordinator to develop and agree a proposed internal comms plan and calendar to be presented to and signed off by the Directors.

Own the delivery of regular and ad-hoc internal comms, including design and dissemination, utilising colleagues across the business to provide content as well as more general support of this.


Skills & Personal Qualities


· Numerate and excellent attention to detail

· Willing to travel as required.

· Content creation – design, photography and copy

· Fluent in Adobe, PowerPoint and other packages as required

· Website and digital communications design

· Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing – including delivery and measurement of campaigns

· Development and delivery of B2B marketing activities in a premium market

· Experience of managing external agencies and suppliers

· Creative and highly commercial

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to promote the marketing function across the business

· An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

· Excellent communication and decision-making skills
