As a Solar Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, collaborating closely with the Solar Operations Manager to ensure the seamless execution of all planned solar projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Design Solar Installations: Assist in the design and coordination of solar installations using specialized software (full training provided).
  • Material Management: Order and verify materials and stock to ensure all projects run smoothly.
  • G98 Applications: Handle the processing of G98 applications for grid connections.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive handover packs for installation teams and gather customer satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent support and service.
  • Design and Planning: Perform detailed design tasks for solar projects, providing ideal solutions for clients' properties through quotations, performance estimates, and other key documents.
  • Specifications and Standards: Develop and produce specifications, equipment schedules, and drawings, ensuring all quality and technical standards are met.
  • Team Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, ensuring feedback is efficiently provided and acted upon.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Deliver outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.


About You:

  • Experience: Previous coordination or planning experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant planning software.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
  • Adaptability: Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
