Job Opportunity: Audience Development Manager | Hybrid - London (3 days in office)

Our client, a leading B2B and B2C publisher in the mortgage and personal finance sectors, is looking for an Audience Development Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead audience growth across digital platforms and live/virtual events, using data-driven strategies to expand reach, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run audience growth strategies across digital publishing and events.
  • Use analytics to track and optimize audience acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO and social media.
  • Drive initiatives to increase subscriptions, memberships, and event attendance.
  • Build partnerships with industry influencers and external partners to enhance visibility.

✅ Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in audience development, ideally in publishing, media, or events.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Analytical expertise with experience using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in subscription models, membership programs, and customer retention strategies.
