The Ecommerce manager oversees and drives the businesses online sales strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. Key Responsibilities:


· Oversee the day-to-day management of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience, that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate

· Manage online product listings, ensures accurate and attractive product descriptions and images, and strategically places promotions and featured products on the website

· Monitor online inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and uses inventory management systems to ensure stock availability and minimise stock outs or overstock situations

· Understand our sales performance; identify any seasonal patterns, top performers, underperforming products

· Optimise and adjust site pricing based on the weekly sales data

· Managing price changes across our site during Sale periods, carry out regular checks to ensure all product data is accurate and up to date

· Liaise with in-house creative and key stakeholders to ensure all specific on-line products are launched on-time and with appropriate content / messaging, using responsive design for optimal performance across devices

· Provide regular reports against agreed KPI’s and use findings to make improvements on identified metrics

· Implement testing framework to monitor all site changes to minimise risk and improve user experience and revenue

· Spend regular time to optimising paid-for apps and work closely with external suppliers to ensure optimal site performance across product upsell, cross sell and data collection

· Using insights, data analysis, tool reviews and industry reading to put forward regular recommendations to improve our site performance and drive revenue

· Ensure our subscription products are all available, up to date and has good presence across the site

· Line management of junior team members


The successful candidatesskills & qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

· 4+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment

· Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets

· Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques

· Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions

· Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

· Experience with ecommerce platforms, ideally Shopify Plus and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

· As the “Store Manager” you will capitalise on commercial opportunities to generate more sales

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Creative mindset to develop and implement innovative ecommerce strategies

· Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of ecommerce management

· Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify effective solutions
