Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director (Property & Recruitment Companies) Operations Manager / Operations Director

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Potential for shares

About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-paced group of companies with a focus on high-level recruitment, property management, and real estate investment. Our recruitment operations specialize in placing top-tier professionals such as attorneys, accountants, and data scientists, with fees ranging from $25k to $100k per placement. Simultaneously, we manage a diverse property portfolio that includes Airbnb rentals, buy-to-let properties, and an serviced office. We want to be and realistically expect to be the best in the world at what we do. We believe we can build this company to the point of exit in 2 - 5 years for a substantial 8 figure sum We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious PA to support the Director. However this is much more than a PA job. You will effectively be operationally responsible for running all companies.

Job Description: This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. As PA, you will equally be the driving force behind our recruitment and property management activities. You will be involved in every aspect of the business, from placing high-caliber professionals to buying, selling, and managing properties. This role demands someone who is always on and ready to respond to the needs of the business, even outside of standard working hours. The nature of this role means you must be prepared to handle tasks and challenges as they arise, regardless of the time including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Assist the Director in all areas of doing sales and recruitment potentially including calling customers and candidates. Its a get stuck in job..

Property Management & Real Estate:

Property 360: Everything from setting up properties to rent, meeting trades people, running errands, viewing properties and more.

General Operational Support:: Be available and responsive to the needs of the business, even outside of official working hours, to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the company.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: £50,000 per annum.
  • Quarterly Bonus: Performance-based bonuses
  • Potential for shares

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • High level of initiative, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to be available and responsive beyond traditional working hours as needed.
