The role will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of clients, dealing and interacting directly with client and accounts and bookkeeping teams within the firm. This will involve reviewing accounts, tax returns and VAT returns. Working alongside the experienced team of Client Managers to manage the firm's workload, with an input into all operational aspects of the firm at their regular managers' meetings. The Opportunity

The key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing annual accounts, tax returns and VAT returns
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Holding client meetings
  • Managing staff workloads
  • Training staff members where applicable


The Successful Candidate

You will have ideally experience in a similar senior role, managing a team within a practice environment. You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues. You will have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skill set, with a strong attention to detail. You will have a determination to meet tight deadlines and provide support to other team members to do the same.
