PAM Project Manager


Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in BeyondTrust PAM and CyberArk PAM implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing and overseeing the successful deployment of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, particularly with BeyondTrust and CyberArk. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure the seamless execution of PAM initiatives for our clients.


  • Leed the planning, execution, and successful delivery of BeyondTrust and CyberArk PAM implementations for on-premise or cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Configure and customize BeyondTrust and CyberArk platforms to meet specific organizational requirements.
  • Oversee the migration of privileged accounts from existing systems to the new PAM solution.
  • Design and implement user access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the PAM solution before deployment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the new PAM solution.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the deployed PAM solution.
  • Monitor and analyze system logs to identify potential security risks and ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PAM technologies, best practices, and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification, e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful PAM implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, and/or Endpoint Privilege Management, and CyberArk Vault, Privileged Session Manager, and/or Endpoint Privilege Management.
  • Experience with Active Directory/LDAP integration.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for privileged access management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within budget constraints.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies is a plus.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and best practices. This includes the concept of least privilege, access controls, session management, and privileged account security.
  • In-depth knowledge of BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, and/or Endpoint Privilege Management. Understanding of core functionalities, configuration options, and integration capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of CyberArk Vault, Privileged Session Manager, and/or Endpoint Privilege Management. Understanding of core functionalities, configuration options, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory/LDAP integration methodologies for PAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of security compliance regulations relevant to privileged access management (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS).
  • Project management skills: Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing BeyondTrust and CyberArk PAM solutions.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze system logs and identify potential security risks related to privileged access.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Training skills: Ability to develop and deliver user training programs on new PAM solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills: Troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions for PAM implementation challenges.
  • Solid presentation and PowerPoint skills (MUST)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (MUST)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and collaboration skills
  • Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
  • Understand the privacy and confidentiality of clients (will be under NDA)
