Our client, a leader in the global professional services industry, is preparing to recruit an HR Operations Specialist who will oversee workforce mobility and practitioner services. This role will focus on efficiently coordinating staff transfers and managing family practitioner service lists, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing seamless support to both employees and healthcare professionals.


In anticipation of future hiring for this role, we are seeking candidates for consideration.


What You Will Do:

Post Transfer Scheme (PTS) Management

  • Coordinate staff transfers within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining continuity in employment terms.
  • Manage redundancies and restructuring efforts, ensuring staff are appropriately redeployed or transferred while adhering to legal frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees undergoing transfers, clearly explaining their rights, employment terms, and any new conditions.


Family Practitioner Services List (FPL) Processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date practitioner lists for healthcare professionals, including doctors, dentists, opticians, and pharmacists.
  • Manage the credentialing and ongoing validation of qualifications, licenses, and registrations for practitioners to ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Draft, manage, and maintain practitioner contracts, ensuring they meet organizational policies and legal obligations.


Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure all HR processes adhere to legal, ethical, and procedural standards set by the organization and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Support the organization in meeting workforce management targets related to staffing levels, competencies, and service delivery requirements.


Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience, including exposure to workforce mobility, staff transfers, and redeployments.
  • Experience supporting or managing organizational changes such as restructuring or redundancies.
  • 1-3 years of experience maintaining professional or practitioner services lists (e.g., healthcare providers).
  • Experience with credentialing or verifying qualifications, licenses, and certifications for professionals.
  • Familiarity with contract management, including drafting and maintaining practitioner or employee contracts.
  • Understanding of HR compliance, legal frameworks, and governance in regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
