An excellent opportunity to work for one of the leading Marketing Technology and Data agencies /consultancies who have an excellent track record of winning new business. They have over 2000 clients who have bought their data products and the role is to approach those clients and cross and up sell their Martech, CRM and Data solutions.


What you will be doing:


  • Proactively targetting the list of 2000 clients using every method available including good old fashioned sales calls....we are looking for a proactive business developer not an account manager
  • Utilising personal and industry contacts (using a wide range of tools such as Linked-In Sales Navigator) to raise the companies profile and generate interest in their solutions, securing meetings, presentations, and subsequent proposals
  • Work with the Marketing department to tailor and/or create additional product proposition and sales collateral as well as ensure internal and external communications and go-to-market plans
  • Working with the SME's in Martech, Data Engineering and Science, Customer Experience, Campaign delivery etc to keep abreast of the latest solutions and capabilities
  • Support key RFP’s, bids, and contracts to support the sales operations process and efficient close of contracts


Experience


  • Sales/Business Development experience ideally from an agency or consultancy that works in Marketing Technology and Data world and that can demonstrate successful achievement of targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Can manage internal relationships and work with SME's to build solutions and offerings


They are based in Central London and run a hybrid model of 3 days in the office/at events/client meetings and two days at home. The role pays £60-80,000 basic salary and £40-50,000 OTE uncapped.
