As we continue to elevate our hospitality and events offerings, we are seeking a talented and driven Events Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and managing hospitality events, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from game day hospitality packages and other events.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, nurturing relationships to secure bookings for corporate events, private parties, and other hospitality services.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to plan and execute game day and non-game day events, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and hospitality packages through various channels.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasting revenue and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and event operations comply with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and club policies.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role within the hospitality or events industry, preferably with experience in sports or entertainment venues.
• Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Education: Relevant degree or diploma in business, hospitality management, or a related field is desirable.
