We work with the UK government and the devolved administrations in Scotland and Wales. As well as managing the funding schemes, we provide professional advice, expertise and support to grant recipients throughout all stages of their projects. We also offer insight, intelligence and influence by sharing knowledge and lessons learned from project delivery to help improve future schemes and policy development. Key Performance Objectives:
- Improvement of Monthly Grant Payment Process
- Simplifying internal processes and reporting by capitalizing on technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking the payments inboxes regularly.
- Collating and storing the grant information received
- Checking and scrutinizing the evidence received
- Communicating with Delivery team if discrepancies around the evidence occur
- Updating tracker/CRM database with the information received
- Liaise with other Finance team members to ensure that claims for grant funding are invoiced and paid correctly
- Provide similar support with loans administration
- Ensure that grant process documentation is kept up to-date and followed
- Assist with the audit of grants.
- Provide regular updates and training about any process changes to Delivery team through workshops
- Assist with forecast preparation
- Verify bank details for new clients
- Ad hoc tasks as required
