The team is responsible for everything from interpreting arriving market data to dispatching our orders. This unusually wide scope gives them the ability to make cross-domain optimisations unavailable to their competitors, where the same work is often spread across multiple teams.


They pride themselves as a tech first company and for that reason, don't need candidates with finance experience. They need strong engineers who have an instinct for low-level engineering (C/C++). The right candidate will be pushing CPU's and GPU's to their limits and will have lots of low-level concepts in their work.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong development experience with Modern C++, Python knowledge is beneficial
  • Lots of experience with low-level concepts, for example, x86, compilers, operating systems, Assembler, Verilog, ASICs, Linux Kernel
  • Practical experience designing and implementing software systems is a plus.
