Job description:

As a BD Recruitment Consultant at KEMIO Consulting, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building successful relationships with clients and selling KEMIO Consulting’s Recruitment solutions within the Life Sciences and Drug Discovery market space.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building a pipeline of opportunities and expanding market presence through a combination of networking, desk-bound research, cold calling, on-line BD campaigns, attending industry events etc.
  • Identifying, contacting and nurturing key decision makers and facilitating virtual or face to face meetings to develop and grow customer relationships.
  • Utilising strong sales and interpersonal skills throughout the sales cycle to build and develop relationships with clients by identifying and understanding their recruitment needs
  • Working closely with your dedicated resource team to ensure that client requirements and needs are understood and met.

We are looking for

  • At least 36 months previous experience in a business development role, ideally within recruitment, life sciences or drug discovery.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Initiative, tenacity and perseverance in hunting down leads and converting these into new accounts as well as developing new business areas within existing client accounts.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills to build long-term client relationships.
  • Fantastic organisational and time management
