CDP(Customer Data Privacy) and Consumer Data Lead (operational)

• Support the Global lead Data Foundations with the development and rollout of the CDP and Consumer Data initiatives from within the Global Marketing team

• Manage D2D backlogs and collaboration with cross functional teams across Marketing and Consumer data technologies

• Work with analytics, technology, product and marketing teams to define to support the smooth activation of consumer data initiatives

• Work with the chosen CDP, treasure data and other related customer technology platforms, you will help the end-to-end management and operational execution of consumer data initiatives

• Identify opportunities and initiatives to optimize the setup and performance of the digital, marketing and advertising technology ecosystems.

• Manage agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to business outcomes. Work collaboratively across the business, understanding the needs and considerations of various teams.

Data Stewardship (operational )

• Operational and daily support of data privacy processes for consumer data use.

• Working with the global media agency and privacy teams to ensure consumer data use is unlocked compliantly and for optimal consumer experience through optimizing existing processes

• Day to data management of CDAP (consumer data assesment process)


Requirements

• At least 5 years working in digital, must have expertise across data and technology.

• Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, CDP (Treasure Data and SFMC prioritized)

• Proficiency in advertising technology and related platforms activation platforms, primarily, DSPs, SSPs and Ad Servers.

• Proven stakeholder management skills across internal, agency and software vendors.

• Experience in driving business and customer use cases powered by data and technology.

• Excellent team operational skills.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Keen and active awareness of Marketing privacy landscape especially GDPR ( The General Data Protection Regulation)

• Must have great stake holder communications skill. Ability to effectively interactive with demanding stakeholders
