Role Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree and any additional HR / Training certifications are a plus.
  • Ideally must have 3 years of experience in managing L&D functions/Talent Management.
  • The key experience for this role is someone who has experience working within Legal services/industries and understands the types of training (technical) required for Legal professionals.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end training and development process is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in collaboratively working with various internal and external departments in running an efficient and effective training and development process.
