This includes working closely with key stakeholders to identify and address system requirements, facilitating improvements in curriculum management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations such as HESA Data Futures.

The role requires an individual who is not a developer but is highly comfortable working with technology. The holder will have an opportunity to make a real contribution to delivery and operational efficiency at Regent College London.

Specific duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Technology and Registry to identify system improvements and address user needs.
  • Work closely with developers to plan and implement new features and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Support the institution’s regulatory obligations, such as HESA Data Futures, by ensuring data accuracy and system compliance.
  • Facilitate improvements to curriculum management through system enhancements and data analysis.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the SIS, such as data integrity checks, and configuration changes.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new tools and features to support the college’s strategic objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and the development team, translating requirements and ensuring clear communication.

Additional duties:
