Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the company’s vision, growth strategy, and go-to-market plan.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution across all business functions, including product development, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain key partnerships with e-commerce platforms and brands, expanding our market presence.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and explore new financial opportunities.
  • Team Building: Help build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team to drive growth and innovation.
  • Product Growth: Work closely with the technical team to ensure the product is aligned with market needs and drives value for consumers and businesses alike.


Ideal Candidate:

  • AI or E-Commerce Experience: A strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and scaling startups or businesses with a focus on operations, strategy, or business development.
  • Growth Mindset: Passionate about scaling a startup, with a track record of driving business growth and navigating challenges in a competitive market.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically and find solutions to complex operational and business problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent at building relationships, negotiating deals, and managing teams and stakeholders.
