AV Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key mid-level clients.
  • Lead teams in delivering high-quality campaigns across TV, Video, and Cinema.

  • Develop strong ties with senior media owners to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistently meet KPIs.
  • Drive innovation and market-leading delivery across all briefs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach with deep industry insights.


Clients & Accounts: You’ll work with leading global brands across diverse sectors, from luxury goods and digital platforms to consumer products and fashion, collaborating with top-tier media agencies.


AV Director:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, delivering top-tier work and supporting the Head of AV.
  • Oversee the team’s day-to-day output, serving as a subject matter expert across TV, VOD, and Cinema.
  • Negotiate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities for clients.
  • Build relationships with senior media owners, evaluating new offerings and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Establish clear progression plans for your team, fostering a positive and dynamic agency culture.

Clients & Accounts: You’ll lead strategic initiatives for high-impact clients across industries like beauty, telecommunications, and healthcare. Additionally, you'll work on exclusive AV roles for Publicis Media, handling some of the most iconic and innovative brands in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in AV media planning and buying, covering TV, Video, Connected TV, and Cinema.
  • Strong proficiency with Media Ocean tools, Prisma, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced understanding of media auditing processes and negotiation techniques.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and confident in addressing challenging briefs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and media owners.
