The Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing with a multi-site, luxury hospitality experience. Someone with a passion for digital and social media, who will elevate the new UK brands set to launch this year, enhance visibility, and expand the loyal customer base. Reporting into the Operations Director, this role is integral to our growth, requiring collaboration with the Executive teams in Dubai and Senior Management teams locally to drive marketing initiatives that support companys financial goals and strategic vision.

As Head of Marketing, you will manage all marketing activities, from executing campaigns and maintaining brand image to optimising communications across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, guest preferences, and opportunities for innovative hospitality marketing strategies
  • Concept Development: Lead the development of new concepts, insights, positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice to create a compelling brand narrative
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and guest services teams to ensure marketing efforts align seamlessly with overall business objectives
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and innovations in hospitality to continuously enhance the companys marketing efforts
  • Brand Consistency: Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including digital and print assets and promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand representation
  • Venue Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans for each venue, targeting specific audiences to drive guest engagement and loyalty
  • Reporting & Strategic Recommendations: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance, guest feedback, key metrics, and strategic recommendations for continuous growth
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach a team of two, fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and professional growth
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure delivery against marketing plans and objectives

About You

  • Proven experience in luxury marketing within the hospitality lifestyle or high-end F&B sectors
  • Strong background in brand marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Confident professional with a strong, outgoing personality, and ability to work with diverse profiles of stakeholders
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage budgets efficiently
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team
