Are you a delivery leader with a love for people and a heart for justice?

We are looking for a Delivery Team Leader to oversee the Delivery Team and oversee the continued rollout of agile ways of working in the Fundraising and Communications Group. You will work closely with the leadership team, and delivery teams to remove obstacles and facilitate agile mindsets and approaches.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

  • Developing and delivering excellent processes that facilitate delivery of fundraising and communication activity for a large organisation
  • Influencing senior stakeholders to embed and adopt agile ways of working
  • Facilitating leadership to plan and prioritise a diverse portfolio
  • Leading a team whilst navigating change and complexity
  • Experience using data and insight to shape audience focused products, campaigns and projects

Our ideal candidate will be someone with:

  • Effective leadership skills who can coach, develop, motivate, mentor and manage staff of different disciplines
  • Ability to network and foster strong relationships across the team or organisation
  • Great collaboration and facilitation skills
